Dipnetting Regs Change

Has anybody seen the reg changes for dipnetting this year?  Harvest card must be returned by Aug 15th or you can be slapped with a $200 fine and lose your fishing priveledge the following year. They're getting serious about harvest cards.  I guess I better not forget to turn mine in this year. Anyway, just wanted to give all the dipnetters a heads up.

Also, you're aloud to keep 10 flounder this year on the kenai which is really cool.
