It's all a matter of taste...
Posted by AlaskanAuthor on Apr 28 2005
Salmon roe caviar is considered to be one of the finest delicacies in the world. I've even eaten Russian Beluga Caviar, which is touted to be the world's finest, and in my opinion salmon roe outranks it both in texture and in taste.

A few ounces of salmon roe caviar that is store bought will set you back $18.00.

Yet others disdain it, and can't stand the flavor.

Kind of like poured scotch, I suppose.
I never could stand the taste, yet others revel in it...
