You will primarily be fishing bait on the Kustatan due to the water clarity. Slip bobbers will work but the bait needs to bounce along the bottom. Most people use fairly long rods for drifting eggs so they can feel the take better. As far as reels go, we use Shimano 4000. Spinners on other streams are Pixies and Vibrax. Both in Pink, Orange, Fire Tiger etc. Hope you have a great trip.
