Fishing Streams early May

I will be headed up to Alaska for a wedding in the first week of May. I will be in the Anchorage area and hope to hit some streams with my fly rod for trout or grayling or whatever. Can anyone point me in the right direction. This is my first trip to Alaska, and I will have a rental car, and would probably be willing to drive up to 100-150 miles or so, if necessary to find a suitable spot.
