Fishing in March

Anyone fish the Kenai between Bings and Skilak Lake mid March? Have a week off and would like to get on the water somewhere...Also, What about saltwater fishing Seward, Deep Creek, Homer in March April? I have a 23' river boat with canvas top, so weathers kinda a concern...
