I have fished for many years in the areas that you specified.  I must say that June may be a great time for fly fishing for the mentioned species.  Please note that some lakes in the areas are closed for fishing until July 1, other streams don't open until June 15, so please take time to read the regulations (http://www.sf.adfg.state.ak.us/statewide/reghome.cfm).
