Kustatan River

Anyone get the chance to fish the Kustatan River on the west side of Cook Inlet for Silvers in late July?  I am thinking about a fly out for the day. I guess you drift fish bait from the bank or plunk?  It seems at though it may be one of the few rivers which gets a lot of fish starting in mid July.
