Shrimping

Look for steep and deep terrain. Flat bottoms don't hold shrimp like steep underwater mountain sides do. I set my pots in 500 to 750 feet of water and can almost fill a 55 quart cooler in a weekend out in PWS early in the year when they are around in bigger numbers. Samon heads and lots of herring works good. I even tried the catfood routine and it works, just not as well.
