Lots of Food
Posted by akgloomis on Feb 24 2005
I stayed at the inlet side campground summer before last and talked to the camp ground host for a while, according to them there is so much food in the lake during the summer that it is difficult to catch fish in the lake. I don't know that I would totally buy into that but I only caught one little Laker by trolling along the cliffs just around from the campground. I'm not a very good lake fisherman either. I think the best bet is to fish the inlet and outlet like Doug said, that will be where the fish will bottle up the most to go in and out of the lake.
