snagging

I don't think snagging kings is legal anywhere in Alaska. Snagging in itself is illegal, the fish must be hooked in the mouth to be a legal catch. That being said, Fish and Game opens snagging for some fish, usually silvers, in a few places, depending on returns. Homer is one place and so is Seward. I don't know about Whittier.
