close to a 2 hr trip north of anc. travel the parks to trappers creek turn west on petersville rd. fish moose creek,gate creek -( rough going and very tight but can be rewarding) kroto, and peters creek. not much in salmon a little though, mainly trout. lots of beutiful scenery good chance to see Denali if its clear. very few people, fishing is tough going though. also on the parks on the way up hit the streams on the east side of road for trout fishing and seclusion (west side of road is heavy salmon fishing traffic)Petersville rd is a rough lonesome gravel rd.
