AK fish...

Data is sometimes conflicting. The last article that I read in the Anchorage Daily News (January), indicated that AK fish were among the safest on the
entire globe.

But "cavet empator" is still good sense and buyer beware. The worst is in farm-raised salmon that are stuffed with PCB's as a result of the feed. Pity the Lower 48 bargain shopper and restaurant consumer. if they keep eating those things they'll soon start to glow...
