I would consider Power Pro.  80# would be adequate.  It is a form of spectra and you can get big spools at the Great Alaska Sportsmans show on sale.  They have the factory reps there.  Here in Anc, B&J commercial has large spools available as well and they will load your reels for you with their machine loaders--quick and easy.
