Yakutat Lodge

Ducknut,
I have stayed at the Yakutat Lodge. They are located 50 yards from the Alaska Air Terminal in Yakutat. They offer a very wide variety of options. They will help set you up with Rental Car, Drift Boat (cetainly not required), lodging, meals (the prices were quite reasonable and the food was great), fly shop, phone, etc... Nice folks and easy to work with.
You may want to check with the lodge on your timing. I think you might be a bit early for the Fall Steelhead. However, you should be able to find excellent Silver Salmon fishing in the timeframe you mentioned.
