I think the rod hours per fish is around 30 hours during that time (contact fish and game if you don't believe me). Go to Yakutat! Or else book a trip on the Kasilof (just down the road from the Kenai) during that time if you willing to fish in crowds. the Kasilof offers lots of fish during that time but predominantly cookie cutter 15-20lbs each from hatchery stock.
