Hurricane Report

OK guys; while you all were up in AK fishing your hearts out, my wife and I were hunkered up in the safe room of our house with Hurricane Charley bearing right down on top of us. The storm was a category 4 (145 mph), and was on us for a direct hit. At the LAST POSSIBLE MOMENT, it turned away 50 miles to my south.

My wife and I had four Kodiak brown bear encounters just three weeks ago on Kodiak Island. Frankly, we felt much safer with the bears...
