Petersville road
Posted by Magellan on Jun 10 2004
If you have the time and the vehicle definately do petersville road. The road crosses moose creek which can give you some nice rainbow and grayling fishing. You can also take Oilwell south off of petersville for 5.5miles and you will come to What I believe is Kroto creek. If you continue on Petersville you will come to the forks roadhouse approx. 19 miles down. After a cold beer at the roadhouse ask about road conditions further on and proceed to petersville. The peters hills will be unbelievable at that time with awesome views of the Alaska range. Take a 1 hour hike into the hills for great views and nice camping.if its hot enough theres lakes for swimming and snow for snowcones. Enjoy!
