Whittier parking and launching conditions?

I was curious if anyone has been down to Whittier this spring and knows if the main trailer parking lot has been plowed out yet. The Tower's webcam looks like there's still lots of snow there. I was also wondering if the launch ramp has the same craters and rebar poking thru the cement as last year.
