I need help finding the year of a 40 HP Johnson Se

Pardon my ignorence, I just picked this up, I think I did ok on it.
I need tio get a owner's manual, and want to replace plugs.
I may just take it to a local mechanic, any suggestions here in the Mat-su Valley?

I am going to mount this on my 16" Achilles.
I am still looking for a trailer-I will probably just buy a new one, and I want a little 2-5 hp kicker.
Outfitting it for PWS and fresh water useage.
