I am new to boating.  I just bought a alum skiff with a 115 horse mercury jet.  It is an 82.  Im trying to get it to fire up before i take it out.  I live in homer, and would like to get it ready before i dip it in the water.  How do i run it by hooking up to a water source.  I cant use the clam shells like on a prop motor correct?
