The Hewes are nice boat but prices seem to have gotten out of hand in the last few years. Wife and I looked at them yesterday. They wanted more for a 26 Hewes than we paid for our 24 SeaSport in May. And the SeaSport had a V Berth, trailer with triple axle disc brakes, 6k in options, plus the optional 8.1 375 inboard. There will be a ton of motivated people trying to sell there boats this spring.  Personally I would opt to wait and buy used and save 10-15K.
