weeds

Smitty: My limited experience with weeds and jet pumps was disastrous. The lower (quiet) end of Salchaket Slough was full of floating leaves, grass, and other debris. We sucked up crap every few minutes till we got out of it. If the water is shallow, a jet pump will suck up crap off of the bottom pretty far down, too. I think a prop will do better if there is a lot of loose garbage floating about. My 2 cents.  j
