Little Su - HP

I took my 18' Hewes up river a few years ago, and personally that boat is too big for that river. I feel a HP limitation on that river is justified by safety as opposed to the Kenai which was initially due to bank erosion. However, a bigger boat with a smaller motor creates a bigger wake. Anyway, I think it's about time for HP limitation on Little Su. Just one of those issues we have to deal with because of GROWTH!
