inboard jets on flat bottom boats
Posted by akrobee on Aug 01 2005
Does anyone one have experiance/information they would like to share about mounting inboard jets on flat bottom boats?  I have a 4 cylinder inline 88 Hp engine that matches a Hamilton 750 single stage jet.  I am looking at buying an aluminum 18' boat with trailer and the boat doesn't have much dead rise.  I've seen a couple john boats around town that actually have inboard jets in them.  How well does this work and are there many modification to be done to the hull?  Thanks for any help.
