3600-3700 rpm
Posted by huntak39 on Jul 28 2005
I'm getting around 3600-3700 on the tach when 3 people are in the boat.  That would be after messing with the trim.  I spoke with Ron's Honda Shop in Kenai and he said I should go from an 11 pitch to a 9 pitch to get my rpm's up to around 4000-4400 rpm's.  Which would help put it on plain better by increasing the torque and rotating the prop faster to get out of the hole shot better.  What do you think?
