If a self bailer is important to you,  take a look at Aire's new 14.0 SB ft. Tributary.  This is one of the series they are having built in China. $ 2100. But, from what I've seen, still the double hull and all welded construction, 1500 denier.  5 year warranty. The ends are kicked  up 12" for white water, and like most of that design, which run a 10-12" kick, it will be a handful in winds.
