Port of Anchorage

I have used it to go to the Little Sue, and one of these days I will try to go to the Big Sue. You have to know where to go, and how to avoid the mud flats, but there is a good channel. We go out about 3 or 4 hours before high tide, and come back after high tide. The launch is not useable too close to low tide, and there can be some pretty good waves due to wind and tide rip.

I would definately carry a spare motor if you go out there, and not go out if it is looking rough.
