I firmly agree that prices of whittier are ridiculous on the ramp is a joke, but face it, the sound is wonderful and makes the drive all the way from soldotna worth it!!! Homer is much closer and the butt fishing is much better. No more crabing,shrimping and mass crowds. I hate to say it, give my the long drive and over priced ramps cuz I agree the sound is priceless.
