I'd been planning on using Whitier as my primary launch spot for my boat, but the recent post has me resonsidering.  If the fees were equal to the extra gas to Seward and back, I could handle that, but to have higher expenses, and the hassle of the tunnel, it just doesn't seem worth it.

So what are the launch and parking fees in Seward?
