3rd world
Posted by DreamCatcher on Jul 11 2005
I guess I wouldn't mind the expenses if the conditions in Whittier matched the fees.  The launch ramps are 3rd world and the parking situation causes unnecessary conjestion on the ramp float due to the trek to and from the parking area.  The revenue collected doesn't appear to go into the facilities that generated it.  Seward and Homer launch ramps are models Whittier could learn from IMHO.
