Onboard fish storage
Posted by DreamCatcher on May 27 2005
Anybody tried the insulated fish bags popular among the eastcoast tournament fishermen for holding their catch?  I see more brands of these popping up in the saltwater catalogs so somebody buys them.  The 156 qt igloo takes up a pretty big piece of onboard real estate and looking for alternatives.  I've seen one brand that has 1.5 inch insulation which probably holds ice better than most hard coolers.  I'm sure rockfish spines and ling cod teeth would have to be considered, but seems a pretty interesting option IMO.
