If I've already paid for an ATV but haven't taken possesion of it because it hasn't arrived at the dealer when they said it would, could I get my money back even though they had to special order it because they were out of stock? The people said they would have to pay interest on it and all that but I'm sure they will be able to sell it. I'm thinking I need a boat for me and my black lab more than that great looking 2005 Polaris 500 HO 4x4 in Mossy Oak. I already have a great boat w/trailer picked out but will have to find a used 4-stroke. I'll be pretty  much close to broke when I start my 3 month seasonal job in a few weeks.
