kenai drift

it all depends on how much of the river you want to fish  I would suggest putting in at centennial campground in soldotna and pulling out at the pillars boat launch there are good holes to fish through that run, Total drift time if you were not stopping is probably 2 hrs so you could spend a good 6 hrs or so fishing your way down all depends on how long you work each hole. There are other spots you could put in up higher in the river to make your float longer but that early I think your best chance of hooking up is in that lower section I suggested.
