My PWS setup

28 foot Bayliner. 10Kg Bruce clone with 30 foot chain and 600 foot of rope. Never had an issue with holding the bottom. Always was rock solid even when the wind blew me in circles all night.

Now that I'm living in the Juneau area I will probably upgrade to a heavier Bruce since the tidal rips are a lot stronger down here.
