You can get the cord a B&J here in Anchorage.  Tell them what you need it for and they'll show you what to use.  My only concern is not knowing how much pull it will take to break the cord.....not much, then you'll drag anchor.  Too much, then you'll lose your anchor. I prefer the second scenario.
