What to do after winter boat storage?
Posted by gus on Apr 12 2005
All,

I bought a boat last summer and have stored it outside, but covered, all winter. I pulled the battery and gas tank before I did this and stored them in my garage all winter. What steps/advice do you have for prepping my boat to run next month? I have a specific question as well. What do I do about my gas tank and the gas in it? Just add a can of Heet and go for it? Siphon out the gas and replace with new????

Thanks,

Gusto
