I keep both motors connected to the fuel supply at the motors.  I guess a two filter system would work,although there is only one outlet from the tank and I would have to install a Y in the line.

The filter assembly does have two outlets, so it is set up for supplying two motors, I had to remove a plug from it for the fuel supply to the kicker.

There must be an easier solution to this problem.
