Is 90hp enough or 115hp - 18' Hewescraft Searunner
Posted by crittergetter on Mar 30 2005
I just bought a 18' Hewescraft Searunner and am looking to upgrade to either a 90hp or a 115hp.  The boat is rated for 125hp max.  Is a 90 sufficient?  I sure don't want to under-power the boat.

As far as use goes, I will be using the boat for day trips w/fuel, food and fishing gear for 4-6 people...Use will also include fuel, food and camping gear for 2 people for multiple day trips.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Next: Thanks for all the info crittergetter Mar 30 2005
