is PVC (plastic). StaBond UK-148 or Clifton 4009 adhesive will work fine for repairs. VynaBond will work in a pinch. Check the June 2002 issue of Fish Alaska Magazine, or the home page of Alaska Raft and Kayak, for my repair article. It should help you if ever you need to patch your boat
