anti-fouling paint

Anyone here familiar with using anti-fouling paint on an aluminum boat that will be in the salt a few weeks per year? It sounds like the paints are a real pain in the buttinski when it comes to re-applying. Too, anyone know about SafeboatSkin? thanks. j
