Little Coal Creek has some pretty good fishing in season, and you need to be a little creative on the put-ins plus know what you are doing.  The Beluga itself however is glacial and only has a few low production streams entering it.  It is a day or overnight fly-out to fish/camp the ending of Little Coal Creek where it hits Beluga Lake... that's about it.  I wouldn't waste time floating the Beluga River.  Besides - it cost the same to fly out and do the Tal.
