I believe Renn Tolman is retired.  However, if you kick around Homer I'm sure you can find a nice example with a for sale sign on it.  There are some other builders around, as well.  I personally examined a new specimen at Long's Marine in Whittier last summer.  I can't begin to tell you how impressed I was with that craft, but no, I don't know who built it.  There is a trail of messages in the archive on this topic.  It's only about a month or so old.
