For those of you interested I've posted a few photos of my just completed rocket launcher on my Harbercraft 1825.  It's an eleven rod setup (more than enough) 4 halibut rods, 4 trolling, and 2 snagging rods, with one holder to spare.

It was built by "Mike's Welding" in Sterling.  He charged me an hourly rate plus materials to build it.  He had the boat for about three days, but it only took about 3 hours to build.  I ended up with a little better rate because I just happened to stop by his shop when he was starting on it and I assisted from start to finish (at his request), including bolting down the final product myself.

The total bill was $257.00.  I'm happy with the way it all looks so far.  The real test will be out on the open water.  The pictures can be viewed at:
