So a place in ANC is making kits?  Do you have contact info for them?  That would be cool, probably save quite a bit off the build time.  The Tolmann design is such that one could have quite a bit of fun cruising Prince William Sound and spending the night on the beach.  Either dropping it on a simple running line and staying on the beach, or getting a FS cabin.  
I am used to getting around in quite a bit bigger package (28 ft by 10 ft), but wouldn't mind being light weight.  All that fiberglass has a price, hence the 170 gals of  fuel I lug around.  
Man, Tolmann's are cool.  I have been eyeballing them since '98 or so.  Drop a pair of 4 stroke Honda's on on there and life would be good.
