My little boat vs Yukon river

I've got it in my head that my 16' Crestliner Fishhawk w/50 hp Honda 4stroke prop will get me (and limited hunting gear) 300 plus miles down the Yukon River.

Would anyone care to add any pro's or con's as to whether this is doable or not, or if I may have a screw loose. I know lots of guys are using "yahts" but this is all I have.
